This course is geared towards understanding physiologic birth without medical interventions (but don’t worry, we’ll go over all those options too!). Learn about the birth process, stages of labor, immediate postpartum, and newborn basics. In this course learn techniques of pain relief and partner involvement, communication, and support. This course is perfect for those who’ve never given birth before or those simply looking for a refresher.

We recommend attending Birth Prep in the third trimester. You want the information to feel fresh and relevant when you have that babe! We offer this course regularly, so please reach out if you are interested in attending Birth Prep, but do not see dates relevant for your estimated due date.
