This Guide Growth program gives pregnant individuals a short term, but effective option for support. Structured to identify any underlying mental health issues prior to birth, prepare for the birth that feels right to you, and prepare for and support you through the fourth trimester (12 weeks postpartum).

What’s Included:

Strategically timed support session to ease big transitions.

  • Two prenatal sessions

  • One session at 2 weeks postpartum

  • One session at 6 weeks postpartum

  • One session at 12 weeks postpartum

  • Navigating expectations vs. reality of birth and postpartum 

  • Postpartum planning

  • Processing the birth experience, identifying potential birth trauma and creating a treatment plan if needed

  • Clinical care for mental health disorders that may arise: prenatal or postpartum anxiety, depression, OCD, panic disorder, bipolar I and II, and PTSD.
